The Report of Findings appointment usually occurs on your second visit to the clinic. Before treatment starts, Dr Baillie will explain to you, in clear and simple language, a diagnosis of your complaint. She will discuss your treatment plan with you, to ensure you understand the process before continuing. She will also discuss with you your goals for your health.

Is it just about getting out of pain or is it more important to be rid of pain and prevent it coming back again in future?

Many patients state their goal is to be able to get back to exercise e.g. golf, running, cycling. Sometimes just being able to run around the garden with grandkids would meet their goals or being able to do some gardening. Also going on long walks or being able to go to work without being in pain is often a desire.

Dr Baillie will ascertain what’s important to you and your lifestyle.

Should you decide to go ahead with the treatment plan, we will begin that day and carry on treatment as scheduled in your plan until your First Review.
