These types of headache usually affect the base of the skull or one or both sides of the head and are usually dull and achy.

We can locate the stiffness in the joints of the neck which are causing the problem and by treating them, improve their movement and function. This will relieve the muscle spasm and nerve irritation that may be causing the problem.
